The MBA Business School Foundation (hereinafter MBA) is required by Royal Decree-Law 13/2012, which amends Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, to inform and obtain the consent of the user about the use of cookies in their web pages.

Depending on who is the entity that manages the domain from which the cookies are sent and handles the data that is obtained, you can distinguish two types: own cookies and third-party cookies.

There is also a second classification according to the period of time that remains stored in the client’s browser, which may be session cookies or persistent cookies.

Finally, there is another classification with five types of cookies according to the purpose for which the data obtained are processed: technical cookies, personalization cookies, analysis cookies, advertising cookies and behavioural advertising cookies.
